Read patches like a player, not a spectator

Buff, nerf, and vault framework
Vaults are binary — remove the item from your mental loot pool immediately. Heavy nerfs demote a weapon from core to flex. Light nerfs keep a gun if your accuracy is above lobby average. Buffs deserve a 10-game test before full buy-in. New items need spawn rate and best distance learning first.
