Digital delivery and eligibility
Fortnite Cheats licenses deliver digitally after payment confirmation. Because access begins immediately, refunds are limited to cases outlined below.
Submit refund requests within 24 hours of purchase with your order ID and reason.
When refunds may be approved
Duplicate charges, failed delivery despite confirmed payment, or technical activation failures verified by support may qualify for review.
Refund decisions are final. Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in license revocation. See also Terms of Use.
