Support requests are reviewed daily. Fortnite Cheats support covers delivery, billing, setup, and maintenance — not in-game coaching or account recovery for Epic Games bans.
Account and game policy questions belong with Epic Games Fortnite. We can help with license delivery and product configuration only.
